Steamed New Potatoes With Lemon Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb tiny new potatoes, scrubbed and halved
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon garlic-flavored olive oil
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Steam the halved potatoes.
    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, blend the remaining ingredients (except the parsley) with a whisk or a fork.
    Add the hot potatoes to the sauce and toss. Garnish with the parsley if desired.
