Sambal Salamat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon chili sauce
    4 tablespoons nam pla
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped finely
Preparation
    Deskin and deseed each tomato, chopping the remaining flesh finely. Put into a bowl.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow to marinate for a minimum of two hours before serving.
