Pineapple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 dash nutmeg (optional)
    1 (8 ounce) can pineapple rings, drained save juice
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Whisk together egg and pineapple juice.
    Lightly stir in flour and nutmeg to make a thick batter.
    Dip pineapple rings into batter.
    Fry in hot oil until lightly browned about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
