Apple Walnut Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2 shallots, minced
    1/4 cup apple juice
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup walnut oil
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine mustard, shallots, apple juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Whisk in olive oil and walnut oil.
    After use, store remaining dressing in a covered jar for up to 5 days.
