Air Fried Hasselback Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potato
    olive oil, as needed
    bacon bits (optional)
    shredded cheese (optional)
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Depending on your preference, either peel the potatoes or leave the skins on. If using large potatoes, cut in half. Cut slits along the potatoes about 5mm apart and 6mm from the base of the potato.
    Preheat the air fryer to 355 degrees (180 Celsius). Cook for 15-20 minutes.
    Gently brush the potatoes with olive oil and oil and continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through.
