Soup-Bowl Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    2 1/2 cups water
    2/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    28 ounces crushed tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    In a nonstock Dutch oven, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and drain.
    Stir in the next 8 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer covered until rice is tender, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and salt and heat through. If desired, sprinkle with cheese.
