Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon salad oil
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a container& mix until sugar dissolves.
    Add beef or chicken, cover& refrigerate for at least 3 hours, stirring often.
