Orzo And Green Herbs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 -8 cups water
1 cup orzo pasta
1 cup finely chopped mixed herbs (thyme, chives, basil, sage, oregano, tarragon, parsley)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
Preparation

Bring the water to a rolling boil in a large covered pot. Stir in the orzo and cook for about 7 minutes, until al dente.
Place the herbs, oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. When the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the bowl. Toss well and serve.
