Restaurant Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1/3 cup biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

In blender, combine all ingredients.
Blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 4 or 5 minutes, or until the gravy is smooth and thickened.
Taste and add salt and pepper, if needed.
Serve hot.
