Low-Fat Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup fat-free chicken broth
    1 teaspoon ground thyme
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients into a medium saucepan.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until beans are tender and begin to split.
    Serve immediately.
