Versatile Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup almonds
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried cilantro
Preparation

Combine oil, almonds, water and chickpeas in a blender or food processor.
Blend until mostly smooth.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend until very smooth.
Refrigerate until serving.
