Couscous Basics - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups couscous
2 3/4 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add butter, salt and stir. Add couscous and remove from heat and allow to sit for about 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
