Teriyaki Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon paprika, salt and pepper to taste
1 lb cubed beef stew meat
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
2 potatoes, cubed
1/2 lb mushroom, quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper and sprinkle over beef stew meat in a slow cooker, stirring to coat.
Stir in teriyaki sauce, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and bay leaf.
Cook on low 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
