County Fair Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    pepper
    2 1/2 - 3 lbs chicken pieces
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tablespoon milk
    1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
Preparation
    Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture.
    Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.
    Pour butter over chicken; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
