Turkey Barbecue Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g ground turkey
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 cup carrot, grated
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    3/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, carrots, half the bbq sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper.
    In a 9 inch pie plate, sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray, shape meat mixture into a round loaf.
    Drizzle the top of the loaf with the remaining bbq sauce.
    Bake at 180Cfor 45 minutes.
