Cod With Onions And Chives (Kabeljau Mit Schnittlauch Zwiebeln) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ounces cod fish fillets
    2 tablespoons sliced onions
    1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped chives
    1 teaspoon oil
    3 teaspoons white wine
    lemon juice
    salt
Preparation
    Lightly fry onions and chives in oil (do not brown) and lightly salt.
    Salt the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Place the fish on the onions and pour the white wine over. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes.
