Cottage Cheese Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons plain flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash cinnamon
Preparation

In medium bowl, mash cottage cheese till almost smooth.
Add eggs, beat lightly.
Add flour, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Drop by scant 1/4 cup onto lightly greased hot griddle or skillet.
When bubbles appear on top, turn and brown lightly on other side.
