Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
    14 ounces diced tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano
    6 ounces tomato paste
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 onion, sliced
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    3 tablespoons water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except cornstarch and water in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and tender.
    Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl and mix well. Stir into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 15-20 minutes until thickened. Serve with pasta or rice.
