Guatemalan Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium carrots, grated
1 large red onion, cubed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 red chilies, roughly chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 limes, juice of
salt, to taste
3 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Chill in the fridge until required.
