Play Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 cup salt
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon cooking oil
2 cups water
food coloring

Preparation

Place in saucepan.
Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes.
Store in plastic bag in fridge.
