Blue Cheese Dip (On The Healthy Side) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
    8 ounces light cream cheese (softened)
    2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1 garlic clove, mashed
    1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    3 tablespoons fat-free half-and-half
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients together completely and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with raw vegetables.
