Rice In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup canned tomato sauce
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/4 cup butter
    1 small onion, minced
    1 lemon, juice of
    1 cup long-grain rice
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, water, butter, onion, and lemon juice.
    Simmer covered until butter is melted.
    Add rice.
    Continue simmering until the liquid is absorbed (about 20 minutes).
    Season with salt and pepper.
