The Oscar Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce cognac
    1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 ounce Cointreau liqueur
    chilled champagne (your choice/your budget)
Preparation
    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
    Add first 3 ingredients& shake well.
    Strain equally into flutes, top with champagne& garnish with an orange twist.
