Roasted Nuts With Mace And Cinnamon (Pistachios Or Pecans) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups pistachios, shelled or 2 1/2 cups pecans
    1 teaspoon ground mace
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat the nuts over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they turn golden brown (5 minutes).
    In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients, add the mixture to the nuts, and mix well to coat.
    Let dry on a baking sheet (can be dried by roasting in oven to speed up process).
