Chicken Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 chicken thighs, with bones and skin, no need to thaw
    1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    1 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    2 bay leaves
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup sherry wine
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon capers
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in slow cooker in order listed. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove skin from chicken to serve. Serve with rice or pasta.
