Curried Chicken Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g ground chicken
    2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
    1 large onion, chopped
    250 g tomatoes, chopped
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
    1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    1 teaspoon cumin
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 egg, beaten
    60 g butter
Preparation
    Mix the chicken meat with 1 cup of breadcrumbs and the remaining ingredients except the butter.
    Form into patties.
    Coat with the remaining breadcrumbs.
    Fry in the butter over medium heat until golden and cooked through.
