Avocado Margaritas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 avocado
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec or 1/4 cup orange brandy
Preparation

Puree the avocado with all the ingredients.
Serve in salt rimmed glasses To get the salt to stick to the glass dip the rim of the glass in lighten beaten egg white and then into coarse sea salt.
