Macaroni Salad For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lbs cooked ham, cubed
6 lbs macaroni, cooked & drained
3 lbs shredded cheddar cheese
12 cups frozen peas, thawed
12 cups celery, chopped
2 large onions, chopped (2 1/2 cups)
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans ripe olives
Dressing
2 quarts mayonnaise
1 (24 ounce) bottle French dressing
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup light cream
1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Combine all dressing ingredients; pour over the ham mixture and toss.
Refrigerate.
