Solo Lemon Beef Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup beef, cooked and diced
1 cup uncooked pasta (I like the flat noodles)
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Place the beef in a shallow dish and mix with the lemon juice.
Cook the pasta according to directions and drain.
Melt the butter with the oil in a frying pan, and saute the onions until transparent.
Add the catsup, followed by the brown sugar and the salt. Stir.
Add the meat, cook until hot and then add the cooked noodles, and stir until coated.
