Vegan Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
    1 tablespoon olive oil (canola oil ok too)
    4 -5 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon sugar (or your favorite sweetener)
    1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender.
    Process five minutes, until very creamy and smooth.
    Refrigerate for at least an hour to thicken.
    Use within 5-6 days.
