Southern Tea Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 carrots, finely grated
1 cucumber, finely grated
1 bell pepper, finely grated
1 stalk celery, finely grated
1 small onion, finely grated
mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash horseradish
Preparation

After grating all vegetables, drain and squeeze out all the liquid you can.
Mix with cream cheese.
Add seasonings and enough mayonnaise to spread.
Serve on white bread with the crust removed and sliced in quarters.
