Cheese And Egg Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 -8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
    4 large eggs, hard-cooked and chopped or mashed
    1/2 cup chopped sweet pickle, your favourite kind
    3 -4 tablespoons minced sweet onions or 3 -4 tablespoons green onions
    1 -2 sprig parsley, snipped or chopped
    2 dashes pepper (optional)
    1/3 cup salad dressing or 1/3 cup mayonnaise, or amount as desired
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl using enough dressing or mayo to bind together as you like it. Use to fill sandwiches. Great with rolls or whole grain bread. Makes about 2 to 2 1/2 cups filling. Average about 6 sandwiches depending on bread used and how generously you fill them.
