Champ-Icetini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ounce ice wine
    3 -4 ounces chilled brut rose sparkling wine
    1 slice fresh fruit (optional) or 3 sugar dusted halved frozen grapes, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Fill a chilled flute with ice wine and then top with the chilled sparkling rose.
    Garnish with halved frozen grapes or a slice of fresh fruit.
