Bohemian Plumber'S Bbq - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs ground chuck
1 large onion (chopped)
1 -15 ounce tomato sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon oniion salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 packet g. washington's seasoning
bullseye barbecue sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation

In a 5 quart pan break up beef, add onion, and pepper and cook on medium heat until meat is thoroughly cooked and fat is completely gone being careful not to burn meat. If necessary pour off remaing grease. Add all other ingredients to beef and mix together well. Add 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for one hour.
