Chocolate Ganache Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Place chocolate chips and cream in a small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until cream is hot and chocolate is melted.
    Stir well. Stir in vanilla. Let cool 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
