Ingredients
- 
                            2 (12 ounce) bags dried apricots
1 bag shredded coconut
1 orange
1 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
- 
                            Finely chop coconut in food processor.
Finely chop apricots in food processor.
Finely chop half of the orange peel in food processor.
Combine chopped apricots, chopped orange peel and 1 cup sugar and mix in the food processor.
Form into small 1 inch bricks and roll and coat all sides with the chopped coconut.
Cover with saran wrap and store in the refrigerator.
