Ingredients

1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 cup water
2 cinnamon sticks
12 ladyfingers
Preparation

Boil sugar, water, and cinnamon together about 10 minutes.
Arrange ladyfingers in shallow dish.
Pour syrup over and let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
