Danish Curry Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

500 g penne pasta, this is a little over a lb
5 carrots, diced
3 tablespoons butter
2 zucchini, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup peas
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 teaspoons curry powder
200 ml cream, 3/4 cup
Preparation

Boil penne noodles al dente.
Saute diced carrots in butter;.
add onion
cook until just soft
add zucchini; add peas.
cook until just done
Add salt, pepper, and curry powder.
Add cream; add noodles.
cook a coupla minutes
stirring and shaking.
