Grandma'S Zucchini Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1 cup cream-style corn
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, corn, eggs, wheat germ, seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese in a slightly greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
