Unique Mushroom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 inches deep dish pie shells
    1 (4 ounce) package spinach souffle (Stouffers)
    3/4 lb swiss cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 ounce) box fresh mushrooms, sliced
    butter
Preparation
    Saute the onions and the mushrooms until tender. Cook the pie shell halfway as directed on package.
    Fill the pie shell in the following layers: onions and mushrooms; grated cheese, spinach souffle.
    Bake 1 hour at 350. Cool slightly before serving.
    Great for brunch.
