Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) package tuna
    1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons mayonnaise
    cayenne, to taste
    1/4 - 1/2 cup pickle juice
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve. Great with crackers, salad, or as a sandwich. Should have a bit of a bite.
