Florentine Lemon Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
    1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients.
    Mix gently.
    Place into a 9\" by 5\" loaf-sized baking pan.
    Pat down gently.
    Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Slice and serve.
