Gingerbread Mini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3/4 cup molasses
2/3 cup water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add the remaining ingredients. Fill a mini-muffin pan about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
