Green Bean & Mushroom Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup green beans, chopped,blanched
    1 cup mushroom, chopped
    1 cup scallion, chopped
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon ginger, grated
    1 cup bean sprouts
    1/4 cup almonds, slivered,toasted
Preparation
    Stir-fry beans, mushrooms and scallions in oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
