Spicy Citrus Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 ounces frozen orange juice, thawed
    1/4 cup ketchup
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon hot sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 - 3 lbs chicken
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a zip top bag and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
    Heat grill and cook meat; brush with marinate while cooking.
    Bring marinade to a boil. Thicken slightly and serve with the meat.
