Wheat Bran Cranberry Quick Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 cup unbleached white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat bran
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup dried cranberries
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

preheat oven to 350 degrees.
grease 9x5x3 loaf pan.
in large bowl mix egg, oil, milk and orange juice.
in separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
add dry ingredients to wet slowly, folding till just mixed.
pour batter into loaf pan.
bake on center shelf for 55-60 minutes or until firm in center.
cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to bakers rack.
let cool completely before slicing.
