Best Ever Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons oil (canola or veg.)
Preparation
    Using a food processor, mix together all dry ingredients and pulse 4-5 times to blend.
    Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
    About 10 seconds.
    Do not overprocess.
    Pour onto a hot slightly greased griddle and cook until bubbles appear on the top side.
    Flip over and brown.
