Zesty Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 tablespoons lime juice
    1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in a 3 or 4 quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, green pepper, garlic, lime juice, pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken.
    Cover and cook on low for 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until juices run clear.
    Is best when served with rice.
