Hubby'S Chewy Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 large eggs
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
Pour into prepared dish. Bake for 27-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out slightly sticky (not clean).
Cool pan on a wire rack.
