Colony Inn Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 quart sauerkraut
1 cup diced celery
1/2 onion, chopped (medium)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil (Wesson Oil)
1/4 cup red and green pepper, chopped (for taste and color)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Let stand overnight.
